High Hill Ranch is owned and operated by the Visman family. It is one of the largest ranches in Apple Hill. We are member Number 1 of the Apple Hill Growers Association. Our ranch is open 7 days a week from 9 AM until 5 PM. We are open Labor Day Weekend and close on Christmas Eve. We have Craft Vendors 7 days a week until mid December. We also have a unique Woodshed Gift Shop where you will find many special items for your shopping needs.
We have a wide variety of High Hill Ranch favorites for sale in our Apple Stand. This is where you will find our famous Apple Butter, Apple Pumpkin Butter, Apple Sauce, Jams, Jellies, Preserves, Syrups, Apples, Apple Cider and our Homemade Caramel Sauce.

We are located in the heart of Apple Hill just off HWY 50, between Placerville and Camino and just a short drive away from Lake Tahoe and the Gold Discovery Area of Coloma. You can sit and enjoy all of this and more relaxing by our famous trout fishing pond which is backed by the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. We are also pet friendly, kid friendly and family approved! We offer a great environment to fit everyone!
